Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the item has been delivered or made available for download. Because digital goods cannot be "returned" the way physical products can, we do not accept returns based on change of mind.
When we will issue a refund
- You did not receive the download link/file after payment (a technical or delivery failure on our end).
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from what was described on the product page.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
When we won't issue a refund
- You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the file.
- You didn't read the product description carefully before buying.
- You no longer have a use for the product.
How to request a refund
Contact us at pannudaksh110@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We'll review and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
